Ideas who's status is changed should be removed from "New"

  As you know, the "New" section of the Ideas page shows the most recent 5 ideas which have been submitted. While we can understand that there may be some confusion around these ideas that they might not be "new" in the sense of the actions taken on the idea, they are still the "newest" ideas which have been submitted.

  At this time, we do not have plans to make changes in this area as we've received feedback from the general community that customers oftentimes refer to the "New" section for recently submitted ideas (regardless of status).
