Provide an option to allow Idea portal users to delete their own ideas

One of our idea portal users asked to be able to delete her own idea. It'd be nice to have that as an available option per portal.

    Thank you for your idea. The risk in this would be that a portal user could inadvertently delete an important idea with a lot of history. This would impact the team and any other portal users who were watching the idea. Of course, this can be done by an Aha! user who has more context.

    For this reason, we are unlikely to implement this idea. We hope you can understand.
