Ability to disable "Ideas" option from the "+" menu in the upper right corner

We'd like to limit the creation of Ideas to come in through the Ideas Portal, rather than the existing "+" menu in the upper right corner. The latter is missing the custom fields we have via the portal and is causing a lot of rework.

Thank you for the request. In the future, we do have plans to allow customization of form fields in modals to allow you to include the custom fields and other important fields to your organization.

However, in regards to this specific request, we're unlikely to allow disabling based on current priorities and feedback over time. We hope you can understand.
