Need a user role to only view the idea portal and not be able to add an idea

Need a user role to only view the idea portal and not be able to add an idea.  We have users that we don't want them to add idea but we do want them to view and search

    Thank you for your idea. This could currently be done by creating a new portal and using custom CSS to hide the Add idea button. Since portals will show all visible ideas from the product users in the new portal will see the same ideas as the existing portal.

    Given the workaround described above and historical feedback, we are unlikely to add a new role at this time. We hope you can understand.
