Make ideas editable after submission
When a user internally submits and idea to another team, they cannot go back and edit the idea to add additional details. We use ideas internally to request work from other teams. The inability to edit makes it very hard to use. The submitter should at least be able to edit the fields like title and description.

Thank you for the idea. Ideas can be edited by the submitter from the ideas portal. When viewing an idea you created in the portal, click the Edit idea button to make changes.
