Allow users to edit/update Idea custom fields from portal

Currently, an Idea portal user can set a custom field when creating the idea, but that user and others cannot update the field (or more importantly add to a custom tag field) after the Idea is created. We have a custom field for Customers Requesting and would like our internal submitters to add customers they know have requested an idea. This is not currently possible.

    It is now possible for portal users to update custom fields when editing an idea.

      I have a similar requirement, but not as complex, all i want is for my users to be able to edit the selected custom field .. in this case i added a custom field for 'importance' to the user logging.
