Create custom notifications for idea managers based on idea form questions Merged

We use one idea board to manage all of our products. With the current notification setup, all of our Product Managers receive notifications for all incoming ideas. However, our Product Managers are of course aligned to their own products and I'd love to be able to set up their notifications for the incoming ideas based on the product the submitter selected.
