Notification when a user at an account creates an Idea

What is the challenge?

I have some important customers. When they create an Idea, I need to know so that I can discuss it with them before they blindside me on a call.

What is the impact?

The Ideas portal is great for end users, product managers, and Engineering. But not as effective for account teams; sales managers, sales engineers, customer success managers, technical account managers who regulars are in touch with the users.

Describe your idea

I would like to be able to subscribe to all Ideas created by my users BEFORE they create the idea. Then be notified that the Idea was created, voted on, commented on...
