Add filters to Initiatives/Epics Chart Merged

As a user, I want to be able to filter initiatives charts (under the strategy tab) so that I can see sub-sets of initiatives to allow me to more accurately chart large sets of initiatives. For example, I'd like to filter initiatives by goal.

I'd like this to include the ability to filter by custom fields that have been added to initiatives.

We use Aha! for hardware and software. We have initiatives that we need to track that are internally focused- ie reducing the cost of goods sold. It's useful in our reviews to be able to have separate views of initiatives that add customer value from those that add internal value.

Note- same for goals!

Add "Not Done" to current list of Epic Filters

The current list includes All, Not Started, and In Progress. 95% of the time, I need "Not Done" This should be an easy winner, but also super useful.
