The idea would be to create a service sentiment feature similar to the menu sentiment we are launching that would pull all the comments mentioning service and if it were positive or negative. This would allow a restaurant owner to see how their service is being review at a glance; capturing the other main detail they look for when going through their reviews. If it go go a step further and pull from the guest book the server that waited on the customer who left the review, and could give server sentiment that would be even better but not sure if possible to automate.
