Need the "View Comment" link in idea notification emails to take you to the comment

• Customer posts idea comment

• System send email notification to Admin that a comment has been posted

• Admin clicks the "View Comment" link

• Ideas portal opens the ide to the default first tab, not the comment

• Admin click the comments tab and opens to private comments

• Admin clicks "Switch to public comments" to view the comment in context with others.

It's be great if the view comment link opened the idea to the relevant public comment
