Rename product name in Ideas Portal
I have internal product names that we in PM/engg use to track various work-streams and products. Besides being able to select which products we expose to customers to give feedback/ideas on, I also want to be able to rename the product to be more outward facing.

The status of this idea was out of date. It is now possible to customize the workspace name that is shown in portals via portal settings > Terminology > Categories.

Our company is facing the same problem. We would like to collect client feedback for multiple products and be able to send these requests to the appropriate people in their respective workspaces. However, we've titled our workspaces in technical ways that makes it easier for our teams to plan, and not all of them will make sense to the client. We'd love to map them to a workspace without exposing them to our internal terminology. This could prevent us from needing to dump all of our ideas into the same workspace and then needing to sort and move them later. Conversely, to change the names of our workspaces to generic titles to accommodate an ideas portal would be far more inconvenient to us in the long run.
The problem is that if the external name is used, it breaks formatting on roadmaps and reports - such as the 'Starter' roadmap where product names are displayed vertically (vertically!).
