Organizing Notebooks Merged

I would love to have the ability to organize notebooks, much in the way that you can organize documents on your PC or email in Microsoft Outlook. I'm getting to the point where I'm creating a lot of notebooks and it would be easier and faster to find the one I'm looking for if they were organized into folders.
