At the moment after meetings we typically have notes sitting on a number of different devices and formats. Would be great to have the feature similar to ideas where we can send in notes for a product to appear... Keeping everything in one place.
I have a slightly different take on this; our wish is to be able to assign a unique email address to each workspace, allowing users to email notes from their email application and have the content of that email appear as a Note in Aha.

Another workaround would be to share the note's URL with your team pre and post meeting via email or other chat forms. I do see the value in your use case to easily click a button and email the note to users. We'll keep an eye on this idea with that in mind. Thank you!

The Product management tool Hive, which I experimented with, simply had a "email" logo at the top of its notes, and that pushed the note into Email to desired recipients. Super easy, and had the desired effect of allowing all meeting attendees to get an agenda before a meeting, without having to log in or get notified. These days Notifications can be overwhelming, but I still believe that many people will respond to Email first.
Would love to see you guys implement this one day, as this workaround isn't really what I had in mind. I think what Ron is suggesting is putting meeting notes in the Notes, which I am actually doing in-meeting, but what I wanted to do was both circulate the notes pre-meeting as an agenda, then add further notes during the meeting, and finally distribute post-meeting for review.

Since there is a workaround noted above, we still do not have plans to implement a feature for this at this time. However, we will continue monitoring this idea as it grows in interest and aligns with our company goals. Thank you!
I was hoping to use the Notes section of Aha to actually run the meeting, with your excellent "#" feature for adding talking points in-meeting. So if I could create an agenda pre-meeting, then send it out to the participants, I'd really have a bonus benefit to my teams' productivity. Too bad you guys aren't planning on making this happen :(
One potential workaround would be to directly input meetings notes into the Notes section of Aha! That's what we do internally for various meetings which take place.
At this time, we don't have plans to implement a feature around this in the short-term, due to other priorities for the product. I hope you can understand.
