Notes within records

As a product manager, I often take meeting notes when reviewing a feature or epic with the team. Notes feel like a great place to capture these discussions, however they feel somewhat disconnected to the record itself.

It would be great if we could have a section within a record to capture notes. This would ensure discussions are part of the record as it progresses through its status workflow.
