Allow your customers to re-name (or at least use a customer-friendly label) for the Ideas portal that delivers appropriate message to their users. In our use case, we use the Ideas portal for our internal stakeholders to be used for not only enhancement requests but also for general feedback and reporting bugs/issues with the Portals.
The current 'Ideas' label confuses our end-users so it would be very beneficial to them and us if we could use a different label for it - ex: Requests Portal or Support Requests Portal, etc.
