I just realized that workspace names show up in idea portals when multiple workspaces share the same portal. The experience is different from what it was when we called them "products". Under the nomenclature of "workspace", I changed some of the names to reflect what I was considering internal workspaces. I now realize that those names are presented to external users. Have you thought about how switching from products to workspaces affect how idea portals are used. I don't know what the best solution is; I just know that I don't want to show a "workspace" to a customer.
It is now possible to crowdsource ideas through a portal in five languages - English, Spanish, German, French, and Dutch.
This includes the ability to customize workspace names for each language in your portal.
These capabilities are part of the Advanced plan of our new product — Aha! Ideas.
Aha! Ideas is the best way to crowdsource ideas, engage a community, and develop customer empathy.
I think it would be great if you added a field to the Workspace for the Ideas Portal "Display Name"
Yes, I'd love to be able to "alias" the workspace names that get displayed on the portal...and also be able to control the categories/hierarchy separately from the internal hierarchy.
We've worked around this be creating a separate set of workspaces for our ideas, but its not ideal.
