Allow for workspace Alias on Idea Portals

Currently, the idea portals display the name of a workspace as is, but we have portals that include over 70 workspaces. These workspaces have natural groupings like family of Line of Business (LOB), and in order to make the search for the workspace easy for the user we are required to update the workspace name to include either the product family name and/or the LOB. This makes the workspace names too length and not user friend since it is already clear in the hierarchy which LOB and/or family they are part of.

To improve this experience, it would be great if the Idea portals allow for an Alias to the workspace names selects. This could be an additional field added to the Portal settings in the "Layout --> Forms --> Workspace list".

    You can now provide alternate names for all workspaces and categories in your portal by going to Portal settings > Terminology > Categories.

    Hi

    So the user confirmed that all works except the following The only issue is that the sort on the portal is not done by the alias, but rather by the original name, which is not the best experience for the users. Can we ask Aha to fix the sort but whatever name is being used? Is this something that can be added to this idea and re-opened or does a new idea have to be opened?
