Search for Ideas concerning one workspace not all workspaces

What is the challenge?

1) When searching for and selecting relevant Ideas about a product/workspace, I have to wade through all Ideas. This takes a lot of time and effort without no guarantee of success.

2) The section 'Portal Comments' (located below Activity on the Ideas Portal back-office page), displays all ideas recently submitted across the whole business. As I am viewing the Ideas Portal from a specific workspace, seeing what is happening in terms of Ideas submissions across the whole business does not seem relevant and can be distracting.

What is the impact?

Viewing Ideas is part of my essential workflow as a researcher in a Product team. I need to be able to view relevant Ideas more quickly without having to consider lots of irrelevant content. I easily suffer from information overload, so this negatively impacts my focus, productivity and sense of self-efficacy.

Search for Ideas that only match a single workspace or parent/child workspaces if the Ideas Portal is structured in such a way.

Hide all Ideas that are not relevant to the specific Ideas Portal being searched.
