hashtag mention includes the id and name of item for readability

When # mentioning something, it could include the id + the name in the link to the item.

    The hashtag mention is purposely designed to only include the ID. This is to handle many cases where the item mentioned has a long name and will potentially take up a large amount of space. We recommend typing the record name or describing when providing the link for reference.

    As such, we are unlikely to make revisions in this area. We hope you can understand.

Internal Link to Aha Feature, Note, Req., etc., should include Title as well as item number

Expand the mention functionality to include the name of the aha! record

I really like the functionality where we can mention records, but I would like to be able to use the # to include the title of the record instead of or as well as the key. Right now I need to add the link using either the # or the copy link option...
