Internal Link to Aha Feature, Note, Req., etc., should include Title as well as item number Merged

It is nice  to be able to create cross-reference links to other Aha items by typing "#...." and adding the link to your item description, but the link that is added is only an item number, which is pretty abstract. It would be great if the link also included the item title so we wouldn't have to type additional identifying text all the time.

    This is really important.  We're using Notes for product documentation and we want to link to lots of different page.  Not being able to use the title in hyperlinks is a real backward step.
