I am a department manager who is focused on developing team capabilities and making improvements to people, processes, technology wrt my team.
I'm looking for a way to create and track a roadmap of initiatives that can be implemented as part of the team's OKR's and align to department and company strategy and goals.

This is possible through the application today.
On the Strategy -> Roadmap page, you can create an Initiative/strategy level roadmap.
You can also set Goals across the organization and roll them up the organizational hierarchy. Through the use of custom fields, you can also set and track OKRs in each area.
