Prevent feature workflow from moving if a feature is in JIRA already

If the feature taskflow is aligned with the status of features in JIRA, the status of the feature will automatically update in Aha as the feature progresses through the development phase; this is good.  What's problematic though is the user can adjust the feature workflow in Aha and JIRA does not change it's status since is the plan of record.  This results in Aha and JIRA being out of sync.  It would be useful for Aha to prevent this change if the feature is linked to a JIRA issue.

    Thank you for the request. There are some statuses in JIRA where additional information is required, and this is unfortunately not possible through their API. As such, we unfortunately will need to mark this as will not implement.
