Improvements in sync with JIRA integration

We have occasion where a JIRA feature may be moved to a different project. Aha should be able to update the label of the link when a JIRA issue is moved to a different project. Also, Aha should allow for configurations to NOT sync certain fields two-ways.

e.g. the Subject field that should have a brief name in Aha but a longer, more precise name in JIRA
