When I create an idea from a Zendesk ticket, a user is able to forward the Zendesk title and description to create an Idea in Aha.

When I create an idea from a Zendesk ticket, a user is able to forward the Zendesk title, description, and Idea Category to create an Idea in Aha.
yes we are facing the same issues
We have multiple products, and as those products do have integrations between each other, it means we have to manually screen who owns it - would be great if the Support Engineer can set the idea category at time of idea submission instead.
