At Sensei Labs, we have an integration between Aha and Zendesk which allows us to link Aha Ideas to our Zendesk help tickets.
We have a similar integration with Jira and Zendesk. When we link a Jira card to a Zendesk ticket, the Zendesk ticket automatically gets tagged with Jira tags.
We'd like to use these tags for increased reporting. In Zendesk we can include tags or custom fields in our reporting, but it doesn't look like we report on an external app being populated without manually creating a tag.
Having Zendesk tickets automatically tagged when an Aha idea is linked will give us better visibility for how frequently our Support team needs insight from our Product team, using Aha.
