We are currently pushing Aha! tickets into JIRA. It would be helpful to have a link in Aha-created JIRA tickets that linked back to Aha (the same way Aha! has a ticket number and link to the JIRA ticket).
This already exists but you need to create a new custom field in JIRA called Aha! Reference and add it to the create and edit issues screens in JIRA. This field is automatically created if the user who sets up the integration is a JIRA admin.
