Among other attributes tracked in Zendesk, client name is an important factor in understanding the impact of, and reporting on our response to enhancement requests. Without the ability to map these attributes from Zendesk, we will have to manually enter the information after the fact, or include as part of the description when the support engineer submits and Idea through the Zendesk integration. This is very prone to errors, and doesn't pick up additional customers that may also be assocated to the ticket from within Zendesk. Our JIRA integration does support this functionality, so would be very useful to set up the Aha integration in the same fashion.
