Once requests are sent to JIRA there is no quick way to see the original Aha Idea source for the ticket. We would like to have the Idea ID exposed as a custom field so it can be mapped to JIRA. This will allow personnel working on the JIRA ticket to easily reference the original Idea, go to it and add comments/any back-&-forth with the original reporter-- since the original reporter may not be a user in JIRA.

There is a potential workaround for this request. We recently released the ability to create URL custom fields. You could create a URL custom field with the Aha! idea ID and send this to JIRA. While this requires an additional manual step, this would be a way to allow your teams to collaborate regarding idea information.
On a longer term basis, we will continue to monitor customer feedback on this idea but this has not yet been prioritized.
