Release dependencies between release objects (not just phases/milestones) and show even if releases are collapsed (Release Portfolio view)

I'd like to be able to link the actual release object to show a general dependency. I also want to be able to view this without having to expand so the phases are visible. I need a high level view of dependencies without that detail. Especially in the case where I don't have any phases, I cannot create release dependencies.

Thanks for adding this request, this view will help immensely in communicating release dependencies much more easily for communication with cross-team management.
