Enhancements to Release dependencies

Now that the link for a dependency is more identifiable, we'd like to be able to use it in the following way:
-We need a way to visualize this so would like to see them added to the reporting engine. We look at these items in 2 ways; 1) what "child" releases depend on a given release, 2) what "parent" releases are dependencies for a particular release. Adding these to reporting would help us better communicate/understand the impact of "parent" release schedule slips.

OK, I've just realized that I can click on the Release Phase edit icon (the pencil) and partially accomplish the first request above but it's limited to phases within the product. Our need is to link from another Product's Releases as you can do in the Roadmap.
