We recently configured our ideas portal to send out a weekly summary. We only want our internal users to get this email. We've currently specified that only users with our domain can self-register. However we have additional portal users who come into the system via a Zendesk integration that passes their email address and creates user records. We want to have that visibility to the input but do not want to send the notifications to this group.
We are hoping for a summarized email of all ideas of a week for the Product Managers to get to be able to then drill into the new submissions. We get push back from the PMs that it is too much cognitive shifting if they were to look at the ideas as they come in. So the Aha! Ideas Advanced subscription, rules triggering is not a viable work around. The weekly summary email is a perfect compromise.
I would also like the ability to set up a weekly summary email that Product Managers can receive for their respective workspace/portals of all the new ideas and comments that have been posted ect. to encourage and remind them to review these ideas. I don't want to spam customers with emails, so if there is a way just to enable this for Product Managers this would be great. Additionally, I would need to be able to choose the specific Product Manager that should receive that particular workspace/portals updates. I wouldn't want every internal user to receive every single workspaces summary email for ex. just the ones that pertain to them.
