Link idea and feature comments and other fields

I have set up Aha to integrate with Jira (development team) and Looper (field team), I would like to be able to have a seemless "automated" way to link comments and status between ideas and features. The idea being when Jira development teams have a question for the field they can enter it into comments in Jira and get a response back from either the product team from Aha or from the field team using looper. As it stands now if the product team can't answer the question they have to copy the comment into the idea to communicate with our Field Team or call them directly...
