As PMs review ideas submitted to Aha! there may be ideas that need to be sent directly to Jira — thinking about bugs that are reported through an ideas portal. |
What is the impact? |
Those ideas need to be reviewed alongside all other ideas and then they need to be manually sent to Jira |

You can now use the "Send to integration" action in Ideas automation rules.
This new automation action works just like the existing one for features. You can automatically route ideas to your integrated tools (like Jira) based on triggers and conditions you define. This should help streamline your workflow when reviewing ideas that need to be sent to development tools without the manual step of sending each one individually.

Agreed 100%, my team would really appreciate having this capability as our workflow often dictates wanting to send ideas to Jira once they've been reviewed and enter a specific status within Aha where we want to put it in Jira automatically from that transition.
This is our exact use case as well! (sending bugs directly to Jira that are reported via an ideas portal and tagged as such)
