We have created multiple templates that would be added to our Epics or Features in Aha. We would like to have templates added to the Automation functionality. This would save valuable time across multiple workspaces and staff members if these templates were added to a new Epic of Feature upon creation. |
Thank you for your idea. This is actually already possible for new features and epics. You can setup the default template by type in the feature and epic workflow. This will be automatically applied when the record is created. This article explains in more detail.
Thank you for the article above. This is different than what we are asking for. We have created "workspace documentation templates" similar to your out-of-the box templates (meeting notes, flow charts, etc). We want to automate the assignment of these templates under the Research Tab > Concepts > Use a Template. I do not believe the article you shared covers this functionality. Thank you!
