Add ability to create epic / feature template based on agile user story best practices

Your template function doesn't allow us to create a template with multiple fields of specific information input when creating the epic and/or features. We follow a agile user story best practices and each of the story types have specific information criteria needed for them.

For now I had to create a new tab and worksheet custom field to allow for the inputs, but we really should be able to put this into the description field so its right at the top of each story when folks open them up to review, etc.

I've attached the screenshots for both work item types to show what I did but also to show the information in a template I want to be able to do without having to do it this way. It can be done in other tools such as AzureDevOps for example.
