[Document templates for epics, initiatiaves, features, ...]: Need a better workflow to assign document templates

What is the challenge?

Epic templates (i.e. for the description) are currently managed under 'workflows'.

Currently, there is no way to create a template for this, and use it in multiple workflows.

Our current workaround is to create a document template in our AHA account, and then paste it into all of the workflows. But this isn't very 'clean' and makes the document maintenance quite messy, as I can also not see in which workspaces and for what issue types the document template is being used.

What is the impact?

This makes it much more difficult to keep track and use the document templates, and leads to a disjointed experience compared to how everything else in AHA is administered.

Describe your idea

I don't understand why this currently sits within 'workflow', and why I can't assign a document template to be used e.g. as an epic template. It seems to only be possible with copy paste.

Instead of document templates being managed in workflows, they should be their own customization option, or preferably simply be managed within the workspace templates (e.g. in the epic templates). It would be much more clean to manage the description template there as well, among all the other fields that can be maintained.

In addition, it should be possible to assign a document template as an epic template, so it becomes easier to keep track where and when a document template is being used as well as to assign templates more easily.
