Allow @mention in Note field

What is the challenge?	We use the 'Note' field throughout our record types, including Goals, Initiatives, Features, Requirements, etc. While we can use To-Dos, it would be easier for many of our use cases to @mention someone directly in the field instead.
What is the impact?	Requires us to use to-do's, bringing people out of the content (e.g. Note field)

This idea is about the ability to @ mention Aha! users to custom fields. The reason is that, although there is a "Users" field, when you put a name there the user does not become a watcher to the feature.
