Allow for @mention in custom fields

This idea is about the ability to @ mention Aha! users to custom fields. The reason is that, although there is a "Users" field, when you put a name there the user does not become a watcher to the feature.

    No problem! The use case would be that users would be able to create special fields specifically for mentioning other users. That keeps it cleaner than having to @mention others in descriptions or comments. An alternative would be to extend the functionality of the 'Users' field by including the option to make whoever is selected a watcher

    Can you please share your use case with us? Curious how you use this custom field versus adding users as watchers or mentioning them in a comment on the record. This will help us to better understand the need and help us to prioritize.
