Improve the UI/UX of Pivot Tables

Goal is to make these readable and useful to everyone.

This could include:

• Being able to change the text font/size

• Changing the text to be vertical or horizontal

• Improving how cells look when there are multiple fields in there

• Choosing if things like status/labels/custom fields should have the bubble around them

• Fixing the inconsistent behavior when you sort by rows and columns (sometimes it creates a horizontal box at the top above the features for a section feel, sometimes it creates a column to the left. No rhyme or reason why)

• Making the name of the features/releases/etc. bigger than the other fields

• Adding color to the bubbles around dropdowns that don't have colors

• Having less aggressive colors - especially by default

• Not having colors reset whenever you change settings on the Customize Styles modal
