Ability to bulk color row content in pivot reports

Instead of having to color each individual cell in a row the same color in a pivot table, I would like to ability to give that entire row a color so that any features/user stories /entries within that row all have the same color. Right now each individual cell has to be manually changed and this setting immediately reverts if content is moved from one row to another.

Also - I see that rows themselves can be colored, but being able to have the individual content within a row also be a different color (and have it not be an individual item change) would be very helpful.
