Allow disabling teams in Capacity Planning if they are no longer active

What impact would it make?

Ability to disable Teams that are no longer active without losing historical information.

How should it work?

Create the option to "Enable/Disable" teams according to their current activity status. Currently, if a team is no longer active and we do not want it to show on Capacity Planning Reports, the only option is to delete it. This causes the loss of historical information, especially past team effort estimates. It would be good to be able to keep these teams and set them as inactive, so that historical data is preserved.
