Allow excluding team members from team sprint planning view

If you have Team-based capacity enabled for your Develop team and you are using the sprint planning view, ALL members of your team show on that list, including those with non-contributing roles. There are scenarios where folks might need to be part of a team for visibility without ever working on records themselves, and having them included here crowds the view. It would be helpful if we could set certain team members to not display in this view, similar to the functionality available for deselecting team members with Individual capacity planning enabled.
