Enable reporting on advanced estimates by individual team members
Currently, only the default capacity report supports visualizing estimates allocated to individuals within a team. In other report types, there is no reportable attribute for "Individual team member name" or similar.
If users need to visualize the data outside of the capacity report (e.g. in list or pivot), they can only show the estimates as associated to the team, rather than to the individual assignee. This limits the ability to accurately visualize individual resource utilization. There should be a way to report on the individual team member an advanced estimate is associated to.

This make great sense. It would eliminate the spreadsheets. The time savings and simplicity would be appreciated.
I have been struggling to get at this information for a couple of months now.
We need a way to be able to track FTE allocation to an initiative and/or Epic so that we can quickly see and show leadership where our team's efforts are being used and how much we have available to take on additional work items.
We can use ADO for detailed time tracking; however, many of our projects will not be tracked in ADO as they may be research or discovery type efforts. These will still have team members associated to them.

This is a much needed capability for my organization. This would mean we could get away from Excel spreadsheets and instead run a pivot report in Aha! to show how our named resources are spread across our work.
