What impact would it make? |
Make it very clear when a non-completed item (Initiative, Epic, Feature) needs to be reschedule in the future. Rescheduling it will probably surface a capacity issue that was previously not visible. |
How should it work? |
Not allocating capacity (Planned capacity) in the past and displaying the "Remaining estimate" as needed capacity (item circled in red and number of needed capacity written next to it). This needed capacity would then be aggregated and displayed as a red box (Over Capacity) in the summary (e.g. for the particular Team and Estimate interval) the same way it is already done for items with needed capacity. |
