Add option to max out capacity with parallel planning

What is the challenge?

Currently, when using parallel planning the capacity report will look at the work item’s estimate and duration (start/end dates), and evenly spreads the estimate across the entire date range. So let’s say you have a feature with an estimate of 10 days and a duration of 5 months. The report would schedule 2days worth of work each month. It does not check if there is additional capacity and try to fill it/complete the work faster.

What is the impact?

You can end up with situations where you have available capacity

Describe your idea

A hybrid between sequential and parallel planning, where we spread estimates across the duration, but also fill capacity to 100% if capacity is available.
