Add capacity planning by a team's capacity not just by individual's capacity.

We need to be able to plan releases by a team's capacity. Our teams might be working on features in different product releases. We need to be able to look at a team and see what they are working on.

    New to Aha, would like to demonstrate capacity of a scrum team to leadership/finance. Some work is 1:1 engineer to effort but other efforts are many:1 and it would be helpful to capacity plan at a team level rather than individual. Our team's initial impression with how this capacity management works is that it feels like micromanagement.
