Roll up of individual capacity to team level

We would like to view capacity planning at a product line level based on teams, where the team capacity is based on rollup of individuals capacity within that team.

Currently we need to add in team estimates separately to create this view.

Managers at workspace want to view capacity at an individual level, Managers at product line level want to view at a consolidated team level.
