Extended syntax for efforts in the team capacity planning grid

Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify the planned efforts with active team capacity planning in days and hours like "1d 5h". If team capacity planning is inactive, the syntax for estimation is allowed.

Unfortunately it is very hard to create a plan and a worse one than the standard effort planning.

Can you also implement this function for team capacity planning?
