Stop showing me child ideas when I'm trying to merge an idea

What impact would it make?

Make merging simpler, more straight forward

How should it work?

When I want to merge similar ideas I want to merge them all to the same parent. But when I click 'merge idea' i'm drowning in a list of other ideas that have already been merged. I either need to be able to filter in that window to only see non-merged ideas or I need this as a user setting.
